Yes, that would equal 128 threads.... that would be one hell of a task manager.....
I feel like this is probably built off of the Atom SoC. At the very least, built on the Atom. If you notice, each core is relatively weak and they say that for most applications a Xeon will still perform better, and this is only for massively parallel problems. I guess maybe this is their attack on GPGPU tech?

Quad hyperthreading, ie, instead of normal hyperthreading where each core can run 2 threads, with this each core can run 4 threads. 32 cores with quad hyperthreading == 128 possible threads.
