Celebrities all have their own Wikipedia pages, and I'm on some level PC modders are celebrities too. Guys like Bill Owen, Boddaker, Paul Capello, and even me have been in dozens of magazines and hundreds of websites. How does one get their own Wikipedia page?

I had a Wiki page a few years back. Used it to pick up chicks. This was when the whole "Google your date" thing was huge. So I made myself a wiki page that talked me up a little bit and highlighted my triumphs in life etc. Wiki deleted it a few weeks later and sent me an email saying "that I was not notable enough to justify having a page. Maybe things have changed since then.

I did work on 2 chicks though!

No its true, I also made profiles on all the resume sites etc.

I'll look at starting one. Talking about yourself in 3rd person for that much content doesn't seem easy.

I would have emailed them back asking them just who the hell they thought they were with their judging me....

Well imagine how cluttered the site would get if they let every average Joe (no pun intended) make their own Wiki page. It would quickly turn into Wikifacespace or something.

Besides, there are schmucks like me who would talk themselves up to try and pick up women.

I do have to say that it was not my idea. I heard about doing it from a professor.
