Hello, I have read the other 2 post here about this and it has helped me some. But I am confused about the power and reset switch wires. The problem is that they are both 2 wires in one connection, power orange/white, reset blue/white. Can I assume the white are the power and the others the ground? Also I have 2 other wires, reset has - P Led and H.D.D has + P Led.

Below is from the motherboard manual I found online. Hope you guys can help me. Thanks

The power and reset wires don't really have any polarity. As long as you connect the power wire to the two power header pins, and reset to the reset header pins it'll work - there isn't a wrong way around. When it comes to the LEDs they do have to be the right way around, however, if you get them wrong, it won't do any harm, the LEDs just wont light up. If that happens, simply reverse them and it'll work.

All four connections, Power Switch, Reset Switch, Power LED and HDD Led should be connected to block D in Figure 13. Power switch to 5&7, Reset to 6&8, Power LED to 2&4 and HDD LED to 1&3.

It looks like this motherboard supports a 2 colour Power LED which means the light is Green when the computer is on, but yellow when it's in standby. The XBlade (well the one I used to have) simply as a single Blue POWER LED, so + (orange) should be on pin 2 and and - (white) on pin 4. This will give you a solid light when the computer is on, and nothing when it's off/standby (although there's always a chance it could pulse on and off)

Thank you for the reply. Turns out my case is bad. This is the second time I put a new motherboard in it and nothing, no lights or anything. Put this new one back in my old case and it fired right up. This sucks because I really like the look of the Xblade, also trash a motherboard for no reason because everyone I talked to said it was fired
