hello everyone. i am in need of some assistance by you lucky guys who have a micro center close to you. i see they have a water block. that will wok on my video card. for 25 so i was wondering if i could wire someone the money if they would pick it up and send it to me. but this is only if the 5850 dosetn drop in price soon and if billy dosent bye my card. im going to just crossfire 2 4870s and save some cash.

so if you would like to help me out let me know

I could do that for you. It's normally a fair drive for me, but I pass right by it every Tuesday and Thursday morning, so I could drop in and pick something up. First though, check two things. First, make sure it's an in-store only. If it's not in-store only, that means they'll ship it to you directly. Second, if it is in-store only, make sure that you have the right store selected for whoever is going to get it for you...and even then, it might not definitely be there. Every time I've placed a pick-up order I've had at least a few things that they didn't actually have in stock.

Sorry, it reads as out of stock at the store near me...and I'm more inclined to believe an 'out of stock' than an 'in stock'.

there's 3 in stock at my local one...if an hour each way (and into boston to boot) is considered local lol. I'd be happy to get it for you, but round trip in my truck is $20 in gas alone :eek: (96mi round trip / ~14mpg = ~6.8 gallons x 2.80/gallon = $19.04) :eek:

if you don't mind throwing in an extra $20 for me for gas I'd go get it for ya. but it'd probably be cheaper to order it from microcenter online and have it shipped lol

There's two in stock at my micro center. I could probably go over there sometime next week. The Madison Heights one is only about a half hour drive for me.
