I love the snow too, but hate commuting/living in it.

Snow is the reason I no longer live in Colorado. I got really sick of digging my car out, commuting in blizzards and dealing with the hassle of snow. I moved to SoCal to get away from the white stuff, now I miss the hour drive to Copper Mountain....

Kirkwood got some snow last week! Too bad it was gone in a couple of days. I will be doing several snowboarding trips this year Trace, and I will make sure you get the notice so we can pick you up on the way....

Yeah, I'll be doing my usual, "oh my, it dropped down to 60 degrees in December, whatever am I going to do?"
Think about that as you shovel the snow out of your driveways. mwahaha

My sister-in-law told us tonight that they have had the first snow of the season - in PA

Wonderful. Snow always makes my job harder and we have a LOT of traffic through PA, Mass and Maine. I hate snow, professionally and personally, except when I'm playing in it with my kids. :)

It snowed her last year. First time in 11 years and it was gone within 48 hours. I hope its 11 more years before we see it again!

I was pleasantly surprised last winter when it got fairly bad here. There were people struggling like hell to get through it in cars and my car just chugged along as if someone had just painted the roads white instead of coating them with ice. I moan a lot about my car but I've never driven anything as surefooted in the white stuff. Especially for (as my dear wife likes to put it) a grocery getter :p

REALLY ALREADY?? I just now put up my snow camo... oh well time to get the good ol dry lock stuff back out.. you have no idea how fun it is to be able to go run through the fields in something that is nearly paper thin. Gotta love that vapor barrier stuff it keeps all the heat and humidty in.

One nice thing about Alabama: doesn't snow often and even less often does it stick. I hope I'm not jinxing it...
