Bank issues, anyone have experience working at a bank?

I put 2 deposits in on Saturday through the ATM. One was my paycheck and the other was from what I had in my wallet. I put my paycheck in normally but the cash I had a brain fart and put in $130 and forgot to add the extra 0's so online it says I deposited $1.30.

I tried calling but it just kept ringing until it finally disconnected me and started beeping. I crossed my fingers it'd be automatically corrected when they came across it but it didn't happen. I'm starting to worry they wont give me my money if they can't prove it or something... anyone familiar with the process of putting through ATM deposits?

I'm going to call/go down there today to straighten it up. If they wont give me my money I'm going to go ape-****!

did you write $130 on the deposit slip/envelope? if you did then you should be covered.

What bank? With BoA ATMs around here the money goes in without an envelope, the ATM counts it, the user verifies the count, and it's instantly deposited. If you put it in an envelope with your info on it, they'll easily be able track it down. So no worries. Banks are all about stealing your money legally, not illegally...

it was in an envelope but no info is put down on it.

EDIT: I just checked my account again and it was fixed. I assumed since it had cleared along with my other deposit, it would have been fixed then but I guess it took an extra day. I checked a few hours ago and it wasn't corrected yet. No biggy, all is well and I'm a ra-tard.

I do too but I had a ton of other errands to run before work and had to go that route to avoid being late. I'll just have to pay more attention from here on out. From all the years of doing it this way I've never been that careless about entering the numbers.. I dunno what made me do it. lol
