One of those two has an extra vent on the top. I have a similar case if you are interested. It's more or less the exact same size. I also have a motherboard, power supply, hdd, ram, and disk drive installed already.
Let me see here . . . here's the case:

The motherboard is a Foxconn C7 thing with a TV out. It has TV out, surround sound, VGA out, and other standards like network jacks and USB. Stuff you'd expect from a board about two years old.
It took me a while to notice, but the 150 has an internal PSU while the 65 has an external brick. That's likely the reason for the extra vent on the 150. Other than that they look (and probably are) identical.

Ok cool. Yeah I have a Zotac Ion A-U board that has a 90w power supply brick already so i dont need a Psu.
Thanks so much guys, knew you would pull through for me.

The HDD and disk drive are both older and IDE drives. I'm not sure if that matters or what you want to use this for, but I thought I'd say it. It is a 60gig drive though, which isn't bad.
I'd sell it all (case and drives) without the motherboard or AC-DC PSU (you didn't want that right?) for $50 shipped if you are in the US.
