does the front of ur case swing open? if not, it would be nice for a single disc drive to comp out of the mouth. great idead tho. be sure to make it a ghost "rider case" and not a skull case....some ppl tend to go off topic

I love ghost rider (collected all the original comics)
How about creating your flames with silk.
This is kinda what I'm thinking Examples here at 10 out of 10 (http://www.10outof10.co.uk/acatalog/index.html?http%3A//www.10outof10.co.uk/acatalog/10_out_of_10_On_Line_Silk_Flame_Effects_80.html&CatalogBody) Someone made a blue flame to go around their top fan sorry I couldn't find the link. basically you cut and dye the silk to look like a flame then set it over or near a fan to add movement. If done right it is very convincing.

There might be some good inspiration at www.choppercomputers.com (http://www.choppercomputers.com/default.asp) for bike ideas. PVC plumbing pipe could work for some of it.
