Trying to find thin 80mm fans

I'm trying to find thin 80x80x15mm LED fans. I have no problem finding regular fans that are thin, but not one with lights. I guess I can just add lights, but it 's just not the same

Or maybe they make a LED fan filter or lit grill I can add to it??
