Anyone know anything about tablet PC's? Im considering getting on, but I dont want to pay 600.00 for an iPad. Any ideas on relatively less expensive alternatives?

the samsung evo is coming out. archos has a few on new egg.

Every one that I know of sucks, except for the iPad. I wouldn't be caught dead with one, (well unless they made an SD card slot too), but I have to admit that they are the best
