ati screen stutter.

i just went threw hell the past few days playing with everything i could think of because my monitors kept doing a screen stutter thing and jumping on me. now x88x tried to help me and it was a quick fix that lasted an hour then it got worse. so i contacted samsung support and they basically swore the screens were dead. so i did some digging on tomshardware and posted my problem and all i had to do was disable overdrive. so if you ever have a problem with your screens disable over drive in ccc because it lowers the power settings on the card.

my bad if people already knew about this lol. i think someone with power should contact ati and let them know about his on goign issue.
