I've used many free ones but are there any out there worth paying for? Not to mention the more you pay it seems the more they take over your computer... I just wanna be able to scan on my own time when I please then forget about it until next time.

I only use Advanced System Care. Yes, it is free from Download.com

I use that and ccleaner, both work very well. Also defraggler (sister program to advanced system care) is an auto defrag that works nicely as well

Why do people buy software? Especially Pro, it was so annoying, because it would auto start scans, sometimes mid-game and kick me out of playing. The FREE version is waaaay better, because it was so stand-off (ish).

The full version of Malware-Bytes is the only program that makes sense to me to buy

revo uninstaller pro was worth it IMO the realtime install monitor and force uninstall are nice and come in handy in my toolkit.
