I just wanted to start this thread so I can get some help from everyone. A week ago I attempted some torn sheet metal with a checkered flag under the metal while following Ed Hubbs video on it. Well I didn't make it past cutting out the flag squares as I cut into the paint. I was also using layered masking tape instead of a decent sized transfer tape. So before I try that again I have to wait on my 8" transfer tape to arrive.

In the mean time, I wanted to try my hand at a cloudy sky scene with the clouds drifting over the sun kinda deal. This is my first attempt at anything other than daggers and dots. I also am using a very cheap dual action brush and createx paints that are thinned with the home made thinner recipe that SgtM posted.

So here is my first attempt, please don't laugh...(seriously don't laught...I have a ban button! :p)

Thanks Will! I am considering ordering a few stencils. Maybe some skulls, and maybe some fire sets, and some steam punk / mechanical stuff from AirSick.

@ CorsePerVita Thanks man!

I am a cake decorator in my spare time but have never used the airbrush system i always buy my reds blacks and purples already colored i find it just as easy and cheap and what fondant because i think airbrush system is no much comfortable as compare to the spray system...
