That is an eye-catching transparent design from xigamatech, I love how the fins are shaped a bit unorthodox but it works and from the benchmarks it seems inaudible too, I'd love to hook one up to my Sentry 2 and see how it performs...

Looks pretty sweet. Will remember to take these into consideration when it's time to get some fans for my watercooling loop :D

I used a pair of these on an Armageddon CPU cooler and I loved them. Excellent fans!

Wow. I'm definitely impressed! Do they make other colors as well or just the blue? That airflow to noise ratio is amazing. I wasn't expecting the straight blades to perform like that!

Yes they make them in several other colors. Check it out here http://www.xigmatek.com/product_list.php?PageIndex=2&StartPage=0&categoryid=5&subcategoryid=16

Wow, those shots of the fans in action look amazing. I will definitely put them at the top of my list for fans. And they work fantastically well to boot

I love the look of the pinwheel effect of the LEDs on the fan blades. It's nice to see a manufacturer making fans that are lit in colours other than the standard blue.

Also, great idea for the spotlight! It seems like there would be plenty of options for this type of writeup. Look forward to seeing more!

Nice fans, quite and great performers.

Also I really like the idea for this. It can make choosing minor parts easier for those of us who don't get to play with a lot of different things on a regular basis. And besides giving away stuff is always good for morale ;)

That is exactly why we decided to feature the smaller stuff this way. We looked out into the net and saw that no one was reporting on the smaller stuff on a regular basis.

You can look forward to many more of these in the coming year. Already lining up new products now!

I love the design of these, if they are as silent as it sounds like they are then i think i may have to pick a few up... I do wish they made 120mm versions though, as those fans look WICKED!

Oneslowz28

They do make a 120mm xlf but the strait blades are 140mm only.

those are some very sleek looking fans, i typically dont like blue leds in my case, but they dont look absurdly bright like alot are.

Yes, they actually look white in normal light. In a dark room its still sort of white but there is some blue to it. The photo of them in the dark, is a 1 second exposure at ISO 800 and f/4.5, so it is a little more blue than they actually appear to the naked eye.

I love how more and more manufacturers both of fans and cases are starting accept 200mm fans. I was completely blown away by the 220mm Tt fan I have, and iirc the specs correctly, these move at least as much air at even less noise.

I am slowly making progress on a mod (already been going on it for 6 months or so...) that was entirely based around the orange version of these! all orange and black! all fans!

Count me out of the drawing for free fans this time, but those and the others on their site are pretty cool.

If size is what you're all about check this (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=36_327&products_id=24345)custom bad boy out! It's not cool looking like these but, being clear, I'll bet it submerges in clear oil really well.:whistler:

Yes, the ones I had on that Armageddon were black with orange blades and white LED's. Beautiful!

I do not mean to necrobump this thread but what screws did you use to place the 200mm fans at the top of the HAF X as exhaust?

Would be most appreciated.
