...What meat are you having for Christmas?
I'm having a completely de-boned corn-fed chicken, stuffed with cranberry and apple sausagemeat and wrapped in a weave of dry-cure bacon, with a pint of cider and onion gravy that it takes 24 hours to make. 3 kilos of meat, 3 to share? Awesome. Boxing day? Wash, rinse, repeat. With a duck.
Whilst it is a wonderful creation (pics to follow), one of you guys will have something way more spectacular. This thread is for you to show off.
Go on, photograph your Christmas meat so the internet can appreciate it.

Either you're in the antipodes or you eat so fast you ate that in the future!

Prime Rib. With homemade burn your face off Horseradish.
I believe for Christmas we're having lasagna (home made :D), but on the 26th we're heading over to my Aunt's place where I think my cousin is making goat! I'll be sure and grab pics if I can.

I'm having christmas eve leftovers because I have to work today. Yay. I think it's ham.
Yesturday we had steak, shrimp and lobster. I requested sea food because I had 8 cavities filled this week and chewing steak sounded rather painful and all around unpleasant.
Tonight is ham, and homemade ravioli from my aunt. Along with more cookies and sweets than you can shake a yard stick at. :-D

They make a frozen Turduken? 8D

Hmmm, I think I see the problem here. ;)

Really good prime rib yesterday for my mom's side of the family, then various foods that aren't as good today with my dad's side of the family.

i had the same last night sans steak, i would have preferred steak though, lobster has never excited me, id rather have catfish. maybe its just because im from the south.

We had ham. And now we're going to have it today, tomorrow, day after that. The wife bought a really big ham.

I had spider crab followed by Harbour Sole. Yum! Seafood for Christmas is brilliant!
Well, I promised a picture of the goat, so here it is...not really much use though...goat curry. ;)

..pay no mind to the ash shovel, it was the only thing they had that was big enough to stir it properly and it was cleaned properly. Incidentally, goat curry is AMAZING! 8D
