There were a few things I've been wanting for years and it just so happens they're all roughly the same price. While poll results may not change the outcome, I'd just like everyones opinion.
-Pistol (probably a Glock 17, Springfield XD-9 or TAURUS PT92AF (Beretta 92 clone)
-Saiga 12 Shotgun (already have a shotgun but it's pump)
-128GB SSD then save a while for the other to raid.
-2x64GB SSD's + a bowling ball+bag/shoes to go bowling with my coworkers
-Used PS3 120gb/160gb Slim + a game
~$450 budget

Nice PC Performance boost as well as some good old fashioned social fun and possibly a new hobby? Sounds good to me.

Those are some pretty impressive specs but they'd be going into my laptop until I upgrade to a desktop sometime next year hopefully.

I'd say the ssd's + bowling stuff. Two things you can get continued enjoyment out of.

I'd take the revodrive linked above. If you can't use it yet, bank the money :P

i would go with a sig sauer sp2022 in stainless... oh wait I already did.. but seriously in that price range you could get one in awesome shape used and still buy the bowling stuff... and get continued enjoyment without risk of too many read/write cycles on the sig haha

I decided to buy my gf a pair of new glasses since hers are like 6 years old, way outdated prescription and half the coating has worn off of them. The rest of the money I'll just set aside in savings. I'll return to this thread when I have the money set aside again.

I'm confused. Why does your hand even need a pair of glasses?

Ya, it's just one of those things that we've both been putting off for years but I actually looked at them the other day and they are beyond dead. I can still buy the bowling setup but I'm gunna hold off on that a little while longer.
SSD's will only get cheaper and my friends/staff don't go shooting enough to make buying another firearm any sort of priority. PS3 bundles will also probably cool down on ebay after the holidays pass so no biggy.
She wants a Kindle 3 too so I sang her "you don't alwaaays get whatcha waaannnt."
