Nice!
I have a customer interested in making these their de facto desktop standard case...
Now to see what the pricing is...

Not sure if I like the colossus. But the survivor definitley looks awesome. I will have to see the others in person to get a feel.

I have a call into my distributors to see what our price would be based on single units and quantity. We potentially could have an order for about 100 of these systems over the next 3 months. I just showed the sales rep and he contacted the customer who wants two demo units asap. One an AMD build and one an Intel build.
I get to do the initial prototype builds and then create work instructions for my techs to build them (ISO guidelines and all).

They're hideous! The Lan box at the end looks nice though.
I dunno those squiggles on the sides scream tacky and cheap. :\

Not necessarily my first choice, but our customer purchases development machines for their engineers and they polled the Engineers and this was their first choice... Funny thing is, the cases we use now have a window and led fans and they always request us to disable the led's. Maybe they liked this case because they can turn the led's off.

I agree, the windowed version isn't too shabby but for 170?

yeah, the price will definately be what keeps me from getting one.
heck i never even keep the side panels on my cases anyways, just break out the air compressor and dust it every few weeks

Well guys, we might have a little good news for you. We've been in touch with the good folks over at Bitfenix, and we will hopefully be bringing you reviews on both the Colossus and the Survivor cases in the near future. I can't give any specific dates yet, but they have agreed to send them "sometime after CES"

Nice! It'll be interesting to see if they're worth the high price tag or not.
And personally, I like the squiggly lines and didn't care much for the windowed versions as I thought those looked tacky and cheap. I think you guys are crazy. :p
Looks like it's gonna be one of those kind of cases, where you either love it or you hate it. I suppose that's always been the case with interesting or unique designs.
It'd be pretty cool if the LED's were red and orange and you could make them flicker a bit so it looked like magma or something was moving behind the surface.

CPU Magazine (http://www.computerpoweruser.com/Images/SmartComputing/DigitalIssues/CP____1012__/pageflip.html) had a bit in their December 2010 issue on the Colossus in their latest case roundup. They called it "a solid case for the money." Right now, I'm not looking for a case, but I'll be eagerly awaiting the review here on TBCS. :D
