I bought both my power window regulators from them. No complaints at all, really.

advanceautoparts.com is also another good one and they always have crazy coupons.

For example:

$5 off $15+ with code BIG5
$25 off $60+ with code BIG25
$30 off $75+ with code BIG30
$35 off $85+ with code BIG35
$50 off $200+ with code BIG50

tirerack.com (http://www.tirerack.com) is a good site depending on what you need.

advanceautoparts.com is also another good one...

/shudder

Advance has some mislabeled parts in their inventory. They give bad advice, don't know their own products, and are a bit more expensive than other places (understandably since they do have brick and mortar shops to pay for) to boot. They sold me the wrong struts for my car after telling me twice that they were the correct ones. I thought it was odd that the same part supposedly fit both the front and the back... With generic descriptions and pics on their site, it was hard to tell exactly what I was buying. It's a good thing that I was able to drive over to one of their shops and return them. When I explained to the guy in the shop about the website being full of misinformation and confusing parts #s, he just shrugged. It's not his job to care.

But... they have their own monster truck!! No, but in all seriousness, that's a shame they don't have their act together. I didn't have a problem with them but glad you could clear things up.

I bought rotors and pads off ebay for the srt4 once. Brand new and cheaper than autozones cheapest. After break-in they grabbed better than the stock ones, and had far less fade.

Just as always, as it seems you are doing, do your research.

AmericanMuscle.com has always treated me well. They even called me when I ordered new lights for the mustang, just to verify I had the right part (they said it was because I added and removed a couple of different items before choosing the right ones).

THAT is awesome.

But... they have their own monster truck!!I did not know this. That cancels out one bad thing I said about them.

I've dealt with fwdperformance.com before, and they were super helpful, and even called me to suggest a different product (and matched the price of the original one!) which would be a better match for my needs.

Not sure if they are still around, since I no longer have a turbo Dodge to buy parts for. :)

I've had no issues with ordering online. In fact most my stuff comes from 944online, or pelicanparts.com, or rockauto.com. Lots of good places out there.

If you don't mind waiting on shipping... otherwise, it's nice to just go down, match it up and get it in person.

I've bought tons of parts online from almost all the sites people have listed and some more.

It usually works out great if I'm not in a hurry. Sometimes I have told people at the parts store I was looking online and they give me a discount so I will buy it there instead.

Trust me...they have a lot of room to move on the price in the store. Just be cool about it if you do ask them.
