Acrylic Paint and my XBOX 360?

Okay, so I have an idea for a small mod, but actually not sure if it would work or not? I'm wondering if you could paint an XBOX 360 with acrylic paint? My main concern is the heat generating from the console and the paint possibly not sticking to the case? I think I'll probably have to use some sealer once finished?

i used green Acrylic car paint and primer when i did mine. so as long as your prime it yous should be good. i didn't even sand it. and i used metal primer.

Hmm. The Acrylic Paint I use is for paintings on canvas and what-not. I wonder if there's any real difference.

well that might peel off after a while. im not to familiar with those kinda of paint. but if you do it and just had a nice clear protective coat it should work out fine.
