Looking for fan recontamination 911

I was going to get Xigmatech fans, but i found out the LEDs are white in them, and that simply will not do!
I have narrowed the choices down to these.

The fans are going into my CM 690 "Blue Storm" Over the next few pay checks I will be replacing all the fans in the system with the same one. 2 of these fans will be used on the top radiator in a pull format, 1 on the front radiator in addition to a nice yate loon fan, one for an intake that will blow over my hard drives, and the final one acts as an intake on the back 120mm hole. Quiet and good airflow is a must, Anyone who can recommended the fan gets a +rep, they will be replacing my cheap rosewill blue LED fans seen here

They will all be hooked up to a fan controller, but the higher i can have them turned up and have them still be quiet the happier i'll be.

my vote goes toward the cooler master r4. i've never had a fan as good and quite as that fan.

Don't dismiss the Xigs out of hand for the white LEDs - I used 3 in my Antec 900 revamp and the white LEDS makes the semi-transparent orange blades really pop - and the transmitted colour is definitely orange, not white. Speaking of which I really need to throw a system into that case so I can see it in all it's glory heh!
