well this sucks i try to turn it on.all i get is the power led blinking. so i open it up and found i had 2 capacitors blown on the power. so now i am stuck with only 1 monitor and i cannot stand it. is there anyway of replacing them with out spending too much money.

Caps should be pretty easy to replace. If you're not confident in your soldering get a junk board to practice on(pretty easy to come by). The caps themselves shouldn't be to expensive.

/\ This. You can probably replace the caps for less than $5 shipped. In fact, what are the specs on them (uF and V)? I might have something lying around that'll fit.

Replacing caps isn't difficult at all - I'm probably ranked up there with the worlds worst solderers (ask oneslowz28 lol) and I've personally repaired 3 samsung TVs with blown caps so trust me, as long as you have a soldering iron you should be able to fix this without too much trouble...

Yup, got a few of them, plus some 16V ones. When factory caps die, it's usually a good idea to replace them with higher voltage rated caps, just in case. If you want I can send you some. Or you could just pick up a few of these:
