I tried logging out, just to see if I could.:whistler:

Reproduceable in FF and IE.
Can be a bit troublesome for those modders who are parent/kid and/or sibling.

It clicks, and it has a link; I'm just not sure if it points to the right spot.

*Check that. Register isn't working either. Both have a red underline on them.

Unfortunately we are aware of the issue. It seems to work fine for me in FF, and seems the IE has the problem.

We put those buttons there and labeled them "log out" but it actually executes a bank with drawl and deposits it in our paypal account every time you click it. You didn't think we gassed up the corporate jet being friendly did you?

*clicks about 500 times*

This enough for yall?

Seriously though.

It comes up with a "An Error occured. Please click here to log out."

First of all why would you ever want to log out of this place?

Second: What makes you think we will let you?

LOL!

Like I said. What if you only have Internet on one computer in this house, have a sibling, parent, or child with their own account?

If you really need to get your computer logged out of the site, until we get this issue resolved, you can delete the tbcs cookie from your temp internet files and that'll effectively do the job.

If you get the error page when clicking on logout, if you click on the logout again, you will end up logged out but I understand that not everyone gets to the error page.

Did you click the "here" to log out.. that usually works for me.

This is an irritating issue and we sort of gave up on fixing it. We looked into it for a long time and the way the whole website is tied to the forums in terms of being logged in, it caused that glitch and we never worked it out. The above methods do usually work though. In the future we will have a new design which simplifies the account management so this should be resolved. For now though, we have to use those methods.
