Where do i get covers/sleeves for wires that look like this?

Lots of places. FrozenCPU.com , Performance-pcs.com, xoxide.com to name a few. They looked sleeved already though. Just manage them a little better.

would the chrome be actual metal weaved in the same fashion? That might cause a short if it is. I have seen metal sleeving like that. car guys use it to cover thier rad hoses and stuff. the fact that its metal has kept me away from it. if you use it let me know how it turns out.
Another thing that might work would be a set of colored automotive vacume lines. im not sure how many wires you'd be able to fit in it as most vacume lines are small but the kit i seen had 1 or 2 thicker hoses.

Just to let you know, if you sleeve the cables you have to take off all the connectors, I learned that the hard way with a friends comp. :(

No, unless you buy actual metal loom, the heat-shrink chrome stuff you buy isn't really metal.
