Has anyone see this documentary? You can find it on Netflix. It's a follow up or a response to "Super Size Me". It basically says that Super Size Me was BS and then goes on to prove it.

I'd highly recommend it.

What I didn't like about supersize me, was that they acted as is everything was caused by the food. Cutting your exercise that you do daily and eating more than you ever normally have will definitely cause you to gain weight.
