Anyone know of some good PCB design software that works on Linux? Even better, anyone know of any with DXF (AutoCAD) import? I'm guessing the second is a bit of a long shot, but figured I'd throw it out there.

eagle works on linux.

cadence allegro works on linux, but it's expensive and it'll make you want to lobotomize yourself trying to figure out how it works.

You could WINE your favorite windows program for it

Doesn't always work, especially given the implementations of graphics drivers within WINE.

A native program is best, and I think I heard Eagle works as well.

Also I don't have a preferred Windows program. ;)

I'm trying out Eagle and so far it seem to be working well. I just want to work through some tutorials, figure out wtf I'm doing, before I start on the real project.
