Paypal problem?

Anyone else having problems with paypal right now? I keep getting a warning about the SSL certificate, and if I allow it then I get access denied anyway. I've tried with IE/FF/Chrome/Safari/Opera.

Anyone else have a problem accessing paypal, through any method? I can't use it through an etailer, through the direct url, etc.

Cleared all my cache and such. Maybe it's just paypal. Odd as I just used it an hour ago.

Edit: 1PM EST everything is back to working. Must have been something on their side.

I made a ebay payment last night and it worked fine

Ya, it was only out for about an hour. The merchant I was paying confirmed it was down for them as well.

I think they were making some changes. When I logged in I got a prompt about their new electronic notification policy.
