Putting a feeler out there. I've sent PM's on another forum about GA-X48-DS4's ~$50-60, but I figured I'd see what people have sitting around here.

Need at least 2 PCI-e x16 slots. The more the better. Needs to be rock stable. And preferably a board without a lot of vdroop, and can handle overclocking a q6600 better than this p35-ds3r. It handles duals fine, but can't push a quad past 333mhz.

Also looking for 2x2GB DDR2 at least 800mhz, but the higher the better. Needs to be rock stable, no errors. Preferably something with a long/lifetime warranty. I'm currently running 4x1GB Corsair ddr2-800 dimms, but I'm thinking 4 dimms is also affecting the overclock.

Let me know what you've got! Really want to up my folding ppd a bit.

Okay, I think a deal for the x48-DS4 is going to go through.

Still will be interested in 2x2gb or 2x4gb DDR2. I'm still kicking myself for not buying the Crucial 2x2GB sets when they were constantly going on sale for $8AR. I'm retarded.

I will close the thread once the deal goes through for the motherboard. I was looking through prices on this and other forums for used DDR2, and it didn't make any sense to buy them used, less I found an insane deal.

Then checked newegg and found 2x2GB DDR2-1066 Kingston HyperX kit for $52.99 after rebate. Lifetime warranty. Better prices than some used kits I saw, so I jumped on it.

Payment sent out for the x48-ds4, and the set of memory bought. Closing this down. Will reopen if something horrible happens and I need another board.
