looks great so far.

i have a friend that wanted to do this exact thing. although he wanted to find a way to pull a mold and have it mass produced. i didn't want to burst his bubble, but i don't think there would be enough of a market to be profitable. i kept telling him we needed to just make one offs. so the idea sort of died.

do you have a plan for painting? i mean what kinds of paint to use? i know some of the solvent based based will melt the styrofoam. i'd hate to see you put all this work into it and then grab a can of spray paint and end up with a gooey mess.

hey thanks :) i going to paint it with airbrush water based paint so no damage and i will cover the foam with filler to keep it in

Are you going to keep the foam as it is to achieve a rough stone castle or are you going to make it smooth?

What about the rest of the case? The turrets look better with every update but you haven't told us what you plan to do with the sides of the case as they can't stay the way they are or it'll detract from the coolness you've achieved so far ;)
