Wooohooo, I have found a company that does laser and water jet cutting of virtually any material up to 200mm thick in Cornwall (UK) (http://www.lasermaster.co.uk/Lasermaster/Welcome.html) "So what you say" well here in Cornwall we've only had television and mobile phones for a few years, OK, slight exaggeration but the chosen mode of transport for many people around here is still the tractor and many areas are very rural farming country.

As much as I like using hand tools and making parts I have scrapped a lot of ideas because of the amount of cutting and shaping involved it would have added weeks or months to the build and being on a tight budget if I had messed up a big complicated piece like cracking a piece of plexi with multiple bends and holes I had spent ages working on I might well have thrown all my toys out the pram and scrapped the lot  knowing that this is available locally is really inspiring for future builds and the amazing thing is the company is only about three miles away from where I live, now if I can find someone I know that works there that will be even better :whistler:

Congrats BB, that's quite a find indeed! I seem to have trouble ever finding what I'm looking for be it suppliers or services. Now you've found it though, what are you going to do about it? Get modding :D

I have plenty of ideas just need the money, I have emailed the company to see what format designs they can work with if they only work from CAD type designs I am going to have to brush up on my CAD skills, actually I am going to have to learn from scratch as I am absolutely useless at it
I just hope they accept crayon doodles on the back of envelopes 8)
