I need help - Zelda PC

I have never played Zelda, but have a friend, who's a girl, but not a girlfriend, that wants Zelda theme case. I heard the guy has a sword and he has a green outfit and something about Tri-Force(?). The case I will be using is the Antec One Hundred (http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0361141).

Required reading. It will explain shield, sword and Triforce.

If you do a depiction of Link, he's left handed-people-WILL notice this one.

A simple Master Sword and Hylian Shield will suffice for most people, but knowing what they're looking for will help.

My thoughts? Hunter green paint job with silver highlights, possibly a shield shaped window and if it were me, a Master Sword replica attached to the front of the case. Simple, instantly recognizable and easy to do with a modicum of series knowledge.

I agree with the green paint job. Also, a window that looks like the shield. I can even have CrazyPC print the shield's pattern onto a window applique. Maybe a sword mounted to the front and the triforce symbol painted on the right side?

I'm not a great Zelda fan myself so I've not really played the games but it is one of those legendary titles so I know bits and pieces about it :D My only thought of what might be quite cool would be to include aspects from each generation of the game as it started off with very basic pixelized sprites. As you're doing this for a friend I don't know if she has any experience with the older games so might be a dead end but from a franchise point of view I think it'd be pretty cool to include a little of the games history as well as just running with the theme.

You can't have a Zelda case without the tri-force. If you neglect to include it you'll have a random green, LARPy case, not a Zelda case. Last time I checked, random green LARPy cases were NOT cool.;)
