I need help finding some screws for 3/4" aluminum square tubing. I'm making 1/8" thick brackets and the 3/4" square tubing is 3/16" thick.

What are my options? Nut and bolt will be pretty hard to manage due to how I am going to be using a Miter joint to put the frame together... I think...

I would love to weld it together but I don't have the tools or the money to buy a welder and grinder.

Ideas?

Thanks in advance.

i'd say just get some 6-32 screws and a 6-32 tap. they should be plenty big enough to hold together a computer case frame. and they are available at your local lowes or home depot. anything smaller will have to be special ordered from the internet.

yeah, those should work great for you. they would eliminate the need to get a tap. you'd still have to drill a pilot hole for them though.
