I'm looking for an air compressor to use with my airbrush, and this one (http://www.harborfreight.com/air-tools/air-compressors/3-gallon-100-psi-oilless-pancake-air-compressor-95275.html) is on sale locally at harbor for $40, what would i need to go with it to airbrush?
That's not a bad compressor for the money. Be advised though.. it's loud. Real loud. Anyway, you'll need a hose and a water trap. Both of which you can get at HF. Get the male quick disconnect end to go in to the compressor (probably 3/8"). I think you have the HF brush right? If so, the hose that they sell there will fit it without any adapters.

Good enough, but for my setup I like to smooth out the airflow a little. Just about any 1 gallon air tank will do. Mount a 'T' in the middle of your line and mount the tank on the T. It will smooth out the pulses the compressor makes, and your paint will come out smoother too.
