In keeping with proportion I have to build the sides of the case out and then enclose them with 3mm MDF board, this will also occur with the front oh the case to allow for the window recess, is slowly coming along but will be worth it in the end.

not a lot in the way of updates, have a mate who does the finer dremelling for me, as years of taking pain killers and morphine, have left me with the shakes, so have to work around his schedule also.....hopefully now I have just replaced all of my old/outdated power tools I can get cracking again......Andy

Well today was spent smoothing down the edges and installing the new DVD rom Fascia, so that the tray door now sits level with the rest of the case...see video below
