I already know who did it, up until yesterday it was someone I called my sister.

No, I have been through some dirty deals like this before. I am getting my house in order so to speak so nothing I do can be turned around on me and that there is no recourse once I make my move. No dogs have been turned in to the local shelters, and my vet has not seen them yet.
