I was told that someone was looking for idea's to make a pirate's case

here's what I made for my son:

this one is made from scratch :) :mrgreen:
(no, i'm not a wood-worker but an electrician,...)
The wiring needs to be put away more nicely and the sides of the case look empty and need some decoration(thinking of skull or something like that)

case modding is becomming a hobby

Very nice! Is there actually a fan at the bottom there? Nice work overall, you're probably right about it being bare, but it looks good none the less.
