I want a huge 775 heatsink and it has to be all aluminum (NO copper) for socket 775. I'm doing a passive cooled system so it doesn't matter about fans. The biggest I've seen thus far is 140mm wide, 73mm deep, and 169mm tall.

Any bigger you know of?

To be honest, there aren't very many all aluminum heatsinks floating around. Almost all at least have a copper base and heatpipes due to the greater thermal conductivity of copper over aluminum.
Are you absolutely sure it can't have any aluminum?;) What are you doing with it?
EDIT: Actually the link you provided is nickel plated copper.

The Cooler you list, like most (as mDust mentioned) does have a copper base. If you want sheer size, try the Be-Quiet Dark Rock Pro (http://www.be-quiet.net/be-quiet.net/index.php?StoryID=59&ProductID=233&websiteLang=en#)- I put one of those in an i7 system recently and it's huge at 133 x 150 x 156 - at a guess, I'd say it has close to double the fin area of the one you linked to

How about the Noctua NH-D14? I've not seen a bigger air cooler anywhere.

does that even fit in a case, or do you have to have the mobo hanging out in free air?

If HUGE is what you're after you'll love it. Plus you'll end up with two excellent fans for use elsewhere.

Dang, I have a Scythe Orochi (http://www.scythe-usa.com/product/cpu/036/scorc1000_detail.html) that I'm not using. That would have been a good one to sell to you (if you were interested)
