Part of the reason I'm hoping for a new screen? It's a freakin' MIRROR.

Did you try flicking the lines? Some times you can unstick the pixles. If not you need a new screen. My wife's monitor has one line on it now.

The left one goes away. The right one is stuck there.

If its still under warranty then yes. If its a dell just tell them to send you the new screen and put it in yourself.

Toshiba, no idea about warranty. Probably out though. :(
