Can I use this?

I saw someone use these "pop rivet inserts" that are threaded and I was like SWEET! The would hold much better than the soft aluminum in my mod.

I have a pop rivet gun already. Can I use it? Or do I need to buy theirs?

i believe you need the special nut rivet gun to use them. i believe it is much heavier duty than a regular pop rivet gun and it will have the jaws for the nut rivets.
