Are all the fans starting up and so on? Does the computer make the standard 'starting up' noises?

The fans are working. What do you mean (sound)

Do you hear the system making beeping noises upon startup? If so, do they come in a particular order? (2 long, one short, pause, repeat). Not beeps from the speakers, beeps from the motherboard itself. Usually they will give you some sort of warning code that will tell you part of the problem if something is wrong.
Also - check your power supply, make sure it is switched to the correct input current for your region.

Try pushing the on button.

normaly helps :)
are you using onboard graphics or a seperate card?
Check all the connections
Try a different monitor if you can get hold of one (to eliminate the possibility of a damaged monitor)

also, does the HD spin? and if you put a cd in your cd drive, does that spin when you restart your computer?
if not, it is most probably your CPU,
fans and power LED's come on but nothing else if you have a faulty CPU (or if it is not plugged in properly)
this maybe stupid, but have you moved the tranit jumper on the mobo, some manufactures have a jumper that isolates the BIOS to prevent damage in transit, also it is sometimes used by aministrators to lock PC's so they can't be used.
Also check that the jumper is set for the right FSP on your mobo, on mine i have 100, and 133, if i have it set to 133, my PC won't start, but at 100, it starts fine, and i got an AMD 64 3000+ (754) running at 2GHz, and full FSB and HT running at full wack,
The other option is to remove everything and plug things in one at a time to find out what is causing the problem

When i instert the cd into cdroom it was spining for a 10sec (max)and stoped working. How can i check if my hd spins?I use seperated card *7600 GeForce Gt
Schoud i use thermal paste or the other thing to connect CPU?

First thing, remove everything except the CPU and RAM. If there's no onboard video, much better.
Is there a speaker connected to the motherboard? That's what makes the sound we're talking about. You need that.
So, with just the bare minimum, switch it on and you should hear an error, one long and three short beeps (usualy). This is a good sign, as it tells you the motherboard has recognised the lack of video hardware and is reporting it correctly. If you don't hear that, remove the RAM and try again. You should get one long beep. This is also a good sign, indicating the CPU and motherboard are probably ok.
Then insert the video card and try again. you should hear one short beep indicating that all's well. If not, either the video is faulty, not pluged in properly, or incompatible. Some will report an error if the monitor isn't connected also.

No beeps i did everything what you said nothing:(:(
Unplug your power cord from your power supply, reset your power connector. Focus on the mobo connection. Sounds like you're not getting any juice.

Heh What?:D
EDIT: Its sad, ya guys mod thing, know many things about PC's and i even cant "build"/Connct parts to my pc:(. And I dont know why my pc dosent work i do stuff with instruction and nothing:(. Im curious did i destroyd something or what. I think i schould go to bestbuy (Geek squad) to build it for me... how much this can cost me ?

Are you doing this inside the new case? try it outside it on foam first. its possible the leads on the backside of the M/B are shorting out on the case (stand offs might be too short) I had that happen once... took forever to figure it out.
If that doesn't work you could try testing the questionable parts in a known working system.
Do you have another working PC?
Try running it with the questionable Power supply.
Try running the questionable Motherboard with the working PSU.
Unplug all other compmonents and back up your drives first (should go without saying).
If you do take it to best buy see if they will test it first rather than build it. Give them a call, ask for pricing and maybe they can give you an idea over the phone. If they can get things to fire up then you should try building it again - after all that's half the fun. If they can't get it to breath then get an RMA# (Return Merchandice Authorization Number) from the vendor you bought it from and send it back.

Do you mean schould i try to turn on comp with another psu?

yeah but first try it outside the case first on a foam pad.
For the computer to run, the only thing you need is the motherboard, processor, ram and video card. Once you take it out of the case, reseat all of these things (including power) and set it on foam. Try it that way. See if you get a display or not.
Don't feel bad about not knowing. We were all in your shoes once, and we all learned over time, like you will if you stick to it. Don't get disheartened. Consider this a good learning experience.
