I just purchased my first longboard (Dreggs Paradox) and LOVE it. Anyone else on here ride?

Me.

I don't have my long board anymore though. It had a nasty incident under the wheel of a truck. Last time I ever let anyone ride my sticks...

The SO has promised to get me another for my birthday.

I have a couple. I got into it in 2003 when it was just beginning to have any sort of general popularity.

I have a 46" Arbor pin and a Landyachtz DH race on exkate torsion trucks. It's been a few years since I've gone though. I've been thinking of selling my boards.

Lol... I got the paradox because its 9 ply maple. solid as a rock, and i need it. the paint is all gone to hell already, so this winter i might strip it and just varnish it

Tough luck on the truck destruction... Hope he gets you a nice loaded board for your birthday, that way if a truck hits it it'll just flex down and pop back up

... Anywho....

So does anyone know if you can put plexi between your deck and trucks? i'm just worried that the plexi would shatter pretty easily...
