Any ideas on how to fix this guys?

Some acrylic cement? Other than that I say replace it.

lol... i don't want to spend $50 on a block i'm just gonna paint white... if it can't be fixed i guess i'll suck it up

The cement + aplicator should be less than $10

so... interesting turn of events
I emailed EK.... and they asked for a receipt, i went over to ppc's website, and lo and behold, they still had my invoice!!! i might get a freebie

Lol... New top and o Rings on the way.
Anyone have a mounting kit laying around? I had a friend take mine back when i thought i was done with liquid cooling. Thanks!

If I was going to fix what you have I would probably try and take a micro drill bit and drill half way into the crack. Then using a syringe with a similar gauge needle. Fill the syringe with super glue, and inject the crack like it is going out of style.
Then don't over tighten the fittings. Lol
