Got this email that stands out....

From: info(at)usps(dot)gov
To: You and 19 others

Hello!

Unfortunately we failed to deliver the postal package you have sent on the
12th of November in time because the recipient's address is erroneous.

Please print out the shipment label attached and collect the package at our
office.

United States Postal Service

The attachment is a .zip.

I have NOT opened the attachment. I'm kinda nervous about it because, A: I never sent anything, and B: Since when does the same shipping label apply to 20 people?

Good to know.
Thanks.

*A 20KB file. Definitely either a switcherroo, claiming you need X password, or malware.

When I get those types of emails, I fire up a linux virtual machine and let the chaos erupt.

Countless scammers have received some rather colorful login/personal information from me.

The post office leaves you a letter in your mail box that your package was undeliverable. usually a blue and white card that has a bright green sticker on the back with your packages description.

goober..... why would the post office send you a email?....That's like the post office's arch Nemesis.

Could bomb them back with a couple hundred thousand replies a minute for lets say....... 72 hours straight.

In all seriousness, they do need to realize/be taught that their behavior is unacceptable, and either grow up or get out.
