In the run up to the exams I decided i would do something constructive and build myself a computer out of bit scavenged from friends. It went well and soon I had a quality system running at the hieght of pentium III technology...

I was planning on putting it into a cardbourd box but a friend of mine had a better solution, an old plastic storage box in a rather interesting shape, sorted, out with the ducktape...

...i don't know what to say. I guess it qualifies as a case mod...but a pentium 3 in a doll's house? It's a hideous parody of everything I stand for!

Oh yes... I would be that friend :) Contributed that nice fan and enclosure... Glad to see it go to be honest!

We spent a whole like 10-15 mins stuffing it in the box and taping it up. It was horrible for me to watch I must say, I'm far to much of a perfectionist for this stuff, but Mat stayed strong to his duct tape, even refusing my pleas to reinforce the tape!

Anyway, was a laugh. Oh and you are a trator boy, imageshack! You ought to be ashamed! www.lotechdesigns.com/host! It even gives you direct code to give a nice hotlinking thumbnail to the large version, perfect for forums! Have to say, I was well impressed you got everything for absolutlty nothing, including clabes, drives, everything! Was funny to say the least, thanks for the butchering session :)

EDIT: Oh and boy that fan acts as AC in his room as the setup generates next to no head anyway! Put up a night shot with it lit up and you really should get hold of some cathodes or brite LEDs as I said, for free of course!
