PopCap now a part of EA -- Thoughts?

I got the email today. Wasn't sure if it was a scammer or not.
I don't have an OFFICIAL PopCap account, so I Googled it.

I thought PopCap was doing really well. I didn't think they would need to sell. Maybe they got a really good offer. I really hate EA though. Their DRM sucks and they never seem to reduce the prices on their games so I never buy.
