It was great.


i made it almost the whole day without someone saying happy birthday.

then everyone found out, I got smashed drunk and we all partied... probably pissed a bunch of people off online with my Virtual DUI driving on Battleground Europe (trees just kept jumping in front of the truck, and ditches formed right under my wheels purposely getting me stuck.... of course) but it was pretty hilarious having about 5 people on the same game together all s@#t faced drunk harassing the nhatzes running towards town randomly throwing grenades and having gang bang mortar parties on the Gerry's forward bases from the bushes.


also birthday loving from teh old lady was awesome, and i got pretty far on my sound card LED audio controller. (its working on a toy piano with 5v and a test led..so now to go back and make it better while sober)

Should be a Stereo controller, and if i can come up with another set of nice rectifiers i can have a 4 or 6 channel LED controller that'll bump and glow with the individual speaker inputs inside the computer.


But right now i just want the two front intakes to fade,blink and glow with a stereo output from the sound card.

I'm thinking i can also do the daisychain led-cap-led-cap-led-cap hard drive gauge that i did for the electronic gibson in these intakes. so low pulses will only light up the rear blue, and more input for longer will make the red then yellow and then greens light up in a row one after another, and slowly fade away when it goes quiet.

you know i've never liked my birthday (or really any birthday besides my kids.. ill celebrate my kids like its going out of style) for as long as i can remember.


i guess it boils down to not wanting to be the center of attention
