Step 2: Click on camera icon, just left of search icon.
Step 3: Pick pic of choice.
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit.

It allows you to take pictures (not QR codes; I've already tried), and it attempts to figure out what it is.

It's a champ at logos, though.

It let's you upload pictures from your computer to google as the "parameters" to search for identical or similar images on the internet. Not perfect but not too bad either.

Finally a way to identify the manufacturers who make obscure parts and brand them only with cryptic icons. Or to upload schematics in the hopes of locating similar (or more complete) circuits. Might even be useful for porn lol.

Cool service, seems like it's still in development as it's a little hit or miss on some things. Should be awesome once they get the kinks out though. Great find! +rep

Dont mean to necro but thought i would detail more of the features.

Open a tab, navigate to google image search and leave that running.
Then from your original tab/s click on pictures then hold and drag up to the the tab then place it in the search bar of google images.

This works on lots of different images right click copy image location the paste and search can also work. If you happen to use chrome or firefox there are extensions that let you instantly start a search by just right clicking on the image.

Then of corse there is the upload pic method.
