I'm looking for an SSD. I'm thinking around the 120Gb range. If someone has one or can get one for less than 1$ per Gb that would be totally awesome. I'm listening to the OS drive on the system I just put together. It makes that crunchy noise old hard drives make.

Let me know if you can do anything for me. Thanks.

I don't have one but you want SATAII or SATAIII?

Hey,

I have an OCZ SSD 120GB atm and I cannot recommend it. I had to return it to my vendor twice within 6 month.
Its a OCZ Vertex 2. I don't know if the Vertex 3 is still unstable but I have heard Intel and Samsung SSDs are the best ones.

that's odd, I've had my ocz vertex 2 240gb for over a year and it's been flawless for me

My first OCZ Vertex died after a couple weeks. They were awesome about it, sent me a new one right away, and it's worked perfectly for nearly 2 years now. I too have heard that Samsung and Intel especially are the best, but I definitely feel comfortable recommending OCZ.

I've had All OCZ ssd products since my first one (90 GB Vertex 2) and they have all been perfect in my experience.

I'm buying from Aldersan as soon as I have a little money, which should be any hour now.
