Some of those graphical improvements are awesome though; I would love to see them rolled into Skyrim and/or future BethSoft games. ..ooh, and the mounted combat too..

It really does make you think though; if you had a week to just let yourself loose on anything you wanted to do, full-time, getting paid for it, imagine what we could all accomplish. Sure, you couldn't do it all the time; there are other things that need to be done; stability improvements, testing, etc, but imagine how much innovation is being missed just because employers won't let their people out of the box.
