As the title suggests, I am having a housewarming tomorrow. Surprise cold rolled in, but I still intend on cooking on my new barrel grill. What should I do with the cold weather to ensure success? I know someone here has to love charcoal grilled food as much as I do.

Grill like you normally would, just wear warm clothing! also, it might take a bit longer for your grill to heat up to cooking temps, just a heads up! make sure you give those coals plenty of time to turn white.

Looks like a party! Sausages, flank steak, ribs, and beer can chicken. Oh, and beer. :)

Ribs: boil in beer first until the meat starts to pull back from the ends of the bones. Then baste in BBQ sauce and put out in the BBQ to smoke for a while.
