Excellent cooler, it's always performed very well for me, just don't need it any more and need to fund a different project.

Comes with 4-pin Corsair 120mm fan and AMD mounting bracket. Intel mount can be purchased separately online for ~$10.

Looks to be the h50. It is a decent cooler. I have on a q9450 lapped on both keeping it cool. No oc though
